Many Brewster residents recently received an email notification from Invoice Cloud about their accounts being “conveyed”. Conveyed means there has been a change and update on your account. Invoice Cloud has put your last name first and your first name last on your account. This change triggered an email alert to all customers.
Please disregard this email. Your account number is still the same and the only difference is the arrangement of your first and last name.
If you are someone who pays online, please click on the Pay Now feature, put in your last name, and then search. You may then:
- Click on the invoice you want to pay, scroll down, and click on register account.
- Fill in your email address and password and save.
- Moving forward your account information will be saved and correct.
