2. Review and approval of prior meeting minutes: December 15, 2022

3. Executive Director’s Report: Kristy Senatori will report on any recent staff activities.

4. Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act (MEPA) regulations to address Environmental Justice

communities and Developments of Regional Impact:  Staff will provide an update on the impact of MEPA’s revised regulations requiring MEPA review of projects near Environmental Justice communities to the Commission’s Development of Regional Impact review schedule.

5. Executive Session to discuss litigation in the matter of Save Twin Brooks, Inc., Capeway

Towing and Transport, Inc. and Denise T. Johnson v. Cape Cod Commission and Quarterra Multifamily Communities, LLC f/k/a Lennar Multifamily Communities, LLC – Barnstable Superior Court Civil Action No. 23CV95 –Executive Committee will discuss strategy with respect to litigation in the matter of Save Twin Brooks, Inc. et al v. Cape Cod Commission et al because an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the public body and the

chair will so declare without a return to public session.
