Thursday October 27th 5- 6:30 PM at the Brewster Ladies Library
Did you know that Brewster residents received over $200,000 of rental and mortgage assistance in the past year? Or that Brewster has a rental assistance program? Brewster also has funds available to help low-to-moderate income households with housing rehabilitation and childcare. Are you interested in creating an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) on your property? Learn about these programs and more at the Community Housing Forum on October 27th from 5-6:30PM at the Brewster Ladies Library. See flyer here. Participating agencies include the Brewster Housing Authority, Brewster Council on Aging, Cape Light Compact, Community Development Partnership, Homeless Prevention Council, Housing Assistance Corporation, Lower Cape Outreach Council, The Resource Inc., and We Can. Representatives will be present to provide information, answer questions, and discuss the application process. The forum, sponsored by the Housing Partnership and Housing Trust, will also have a short presentation on Brewster’s newly approved Housing Production Plan. For questions, contact Jill Scalise, Brewster Housing Coordinator, at firstname.lastname@example.org 5089-896-3701, ext. 1169.
