Video: Introducing the Pond Property

The Pond Property Planning Committee (PPPC) has met monthly since April 2022, and has been discussing opportunities for future public access to the property. Currently, no formal parking exists at this location.

In order to educate the Brewster community about the property while safe and appropriate access is being determined, the PPPC is debuting a new video, “Introducing the Pond Property” providing a virtual tour of the beautiful 66-acre parcel from Route 137 to the shores of Long Pond.  The video can be viewed below.
