Town Meeting Information Sessions Now Available

Brewster’s Annual Town Meeting will be held at 1:00 pm on May 11, 2024, at Stony Brook Elementary School. Check-in will begin at 12:00 pm. In advance of Town Meeting, the Town has held a number of information sessions to help residents prepare.

The first session, held on April 29, covered all articles on the warrant besides the Sea Camps plans (Articles 18 & 19). Click here to watch the recording of this forum. The Town’s Finance Team also presented a Citizen’s Guide to Municipal Finance on April 29. The Finance Team shared information about the Town’s operating budget, capital improvement plan, debt, bond ratings, tax rate, tax abatements and exemptions, collections, and financial reserves and policies.
