The Town of Brewster is requesting proposals for paint and body repair services, including mechanical if warranted, including but not limited to its  vehicles and equipment. The vendor will provide auto body repair and painting services for Town vehicles and equipment, to include but not be limited to general body repair, dent repair, component replacement for exterior/interior body components, collision damage repair, glass repair/replacement including windshields, painting all or portions of vehicle bodies, and other repair services.  All repair work must be accomplished in an expert and expeditious manner and at discretion of DPW master mechanic. Any repairs, service, or parts the vendor deems necessary beyond the original estimate must be pre-approved by the Town. The Town must obtain written estimates for each repair before approval is given to proceed. The repair shop shall be within a 20-mile radius of the Brewster Department of Public Works located at 201 Run Hill Road, Brewster, MA 02631. Proposed Delivery/ Start Date(s): October 15, 2023 to June 30, 2025

This solicitation is subject to the provisions of MGL c. 30B. Vendors who are awarded over $10,000 must sign a Town of Brewster contract. The procurement officer shall award the contract to the responsible person offering the needed quality of supply or service at the lowest quotation.
