Brewster Public Safety Uniforms and Equipment

The Brewster Police Department and Brewster Fire Department are soliciting quotes for the procurement of the following uniform/equipment items for approximately 50 employees.   The expected value of this procurement is $50,000 over a one-year contract period.  A retail establishment must be located within a 45-minute drive of the Brewster Police and Fire Departments to allow members to try clothing on for fitting purposes.  All purchases must be able to be completed and billed to the Brewster Police or Fire Department within 30 days from the order.The duration of this contract will be from September 15, 2023 to June 30, 2024.  The items listed in this solicitation will be ordered on as needed basis by the employees of the Brewster Police and Fire Departments.  The Brewster Police Department reserves the right to expand on this list if needed.             

This Quote Solicitation is subject to the provisions of MGL c. 30B. Vendors who are awarded over $10,000 must sign a Town of Brewster Contract. The procurement officer shall award the contract to the responsible person offering the needed quality of supply or service at the lowest quotation.  The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities, to accept or reject, in whole or in part any or all quotes, or take whatever other action may be deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
