Cape Cod Sea Camps Pool Maintenance and Repairs Quote March 2024

The Town of Brewster purchased the former Cape Cod Sea Camps, located at 3057 Main Street and will be operating the outdoor pool for resident municipal use for the summer 2024. The pool dimensions are:  75 feet long, 42 feet wide 6 lanes, shallow area of 35x40 and 165,000 gallons. The Town of Brewster is seeking quotes for the opening and closing of the pool, installation of a new controller unit and a new chlorination unit, and supply of chemicals needed to maintain the pool throughout the season.   Prices for opening and closing should include the necessary chemicals to open and close the pool for the 2024 season. 

Vendor must provide appropriate equipment and ensure any materials are disposed of properly. Vendor must be able to complete all work by May 22, 2024 . This service is subject to prevailing wage rates and prevailing wage compliance. Vendor must perform all work in compliance with 105CMR435.

Proposed Delivery/Start Date(s)/Duration of Contract: Contract will run from April 15, 2024 to June 1, 2025.

This solicitation is subject to the provisions of MGL c. 30B. Vendors who are awarded over $10,000 must sign a Town of Brewster Contract. The procurement officer shall award the contract to the responsible person or persons offering the needed quality of supply or service at the lowest quotation. The Town may award to one or more vendors.
