Scope of Services/Goods: Municipal Lease

The Town of Brewster is seeking quotes for a Municipal Lease Purchase (“Lease”) in the amount of $400,000.00 for a period of 5 years to purchase and equip a Type I-AD, Class I Emergency Medical Vehicle.  All options, terms, requirements and lease forms should be included with quote.

Proposed Delivery/ Start Date(s)/Duration of Contract: The Town expects to take delivery of the vehicle no later than May 2025. Purchase of the Emergency Medical Vehicle is subject to a positive November 13, 2023 Town Meeting vote. 

This Quote Solicitation is subject to the provisions of MGL c. 30B§5.   The procurement officer shall award the contract to the responsible quoter offering the needed supply or service at the lowest quotation over the course of the lease. The Town of Brewster reserves the right to reject all quotes as it deems is in the best interest of the Town.
