The Town of Brewster is seeking quotes for various traffic control, street signs, hardware, and various paint supplies that might be purchased throughout the contract award timeframe. Purchases are not limited to the signs, hardware, and paint in the quote process. Pricing for signage must be for Prismatic High Intensity Reflective. Product must be delivered to Department of Public Works located at 201 Run Hill Road, Brewster unless specified within two weeks from order date.

Proposed Delivery/ Start Date(s):  April 1, 2024 to June 30, 2026

This solicitation is subject to the provisions of MGL c. 30B. Vendors who are awarded over $10,000 must sign a Town of Brewster contract. The procurement officer may award to multiple vendors in more than one category of supplies. Contract Award (s) shall be to the responsible person(s) offering the needed quality of supply or service at the lowest quotation. The Town reserves the right to waive and informalities, to accept or reject, in whole or in part any or all quotes, or take whatever other action may be deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
