The Town of Brewster is seeking quotes to supply and operate a mobile food concession at the following beaches for the 2024 and 2025 beach season, with an additional option year for the 2026 beach season.

Crosby Landing, Linnell Landing, Ellis Landing, Point of Rocks Landing, Breakwater Beach, Saint’s Landing, Mants Landing, Paines Creek Beach, First Light Beach, Brewster Community Pool, Long Pond and Sheep Pond.

The Town reserves the right, at its’ sole discretion to add one or more additional locations.

The Lessee shall abide by all rules and regulations of the Brewster Select Board, Board of Health, and other Brewster, State and Federal laws applicable to the operation of a mobile food concession.  The Lessee shall operate the food concession seven (7) days a week for a minimum of 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. from June 15th through the Sunday before Labor Day of each year. If Lessee wishes to extend dates, they must be provided at the beginning of the season.

This Quote Solicitation is subject to the provisions of MGL c. 30B. Vendors who are awarded over $10,000 must sign a Town of Brewster Contract. The procurement officer shall award the contract to the responsible person offering the needed quality of supply or service at the lowest quotation.  The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities, to accept or reject, in whole or in part any or all quotes, or take whatever other action may be deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
