              The Town of Brewster is seeking the services of one or more repair companies to provide services including but not limited to:  repair of light and heavy-duty equipment, state commercial and non-commercial inspections, and vehicle and/or equipment parts on an as needed basis.  The repair shop shall be within a 20-mile radius of the Brewster Department of Public Works located at 201 Run Hill Road, Brewster, MA 02631. Proposed Delivery/ Start Date(s): October 15, 2023 to June 30, 2025

This solicitation is subject to the provisions of MGL c. 30B. Vendors who are awarded over $10,000 must sign a Town of Brewster contract. The procurement officer shall award the contract to the responsible person offering the needed quality of supply or service at the lowest quotation. The Town reserves the right to waive and informalities, to accept or reject, in whole or in part any or all quotes, or take whatever other action may be deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
