Brewster School Committee

Mission and Responsibilities

The Brewster School Committee is the policy-making body charged with supervision of the Brewster public schools. It oversees the annual school budget, develops school policies, hires and evaluates the school superintendent’s performance, and advocates for the school system. The Committee is responsible for setting priorities and aligning local policy with state law and regulations. Brewster School Committee members are elected.
