Audit Committee

Mission and Responsibilities

The Audit Committee assists in selecting the Town’s auditing firm that conducts an independent review of the Town’s finances and reviews the annual audit report results. The Committee communicates their findings to the Select Board and Finance Committee. Members are appointed by the Select Board (2), the Finance Committee (2) and the Moderator (1).
