Is my lot a buildable lot?

The Building Department does not have authority to verify that a property can be developed absent a completed Building Permit application. Whereas Zoning Bylaws always evolve there is never any clear guarantee that a lot will stay viable for future development. Please refer to the Brewster Zoning Bylaws Section 26-A as well as consulting with an attorney or engineer versed in Zoning to provide you some guidance on the buildability of the lot in question.
