Pre-Register for Covid Vaccine Clinic

The Brewster Baptist Church Caring Nurses in conjunction with Whole Health Pharmacy & the Brewster Council on Aging will be offering a COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic at Brewster Baptist Church on Friday, May 17 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm in Fellowship Hall during the Brewster COA Health & Wellness Fair. Those eligible for this Covid booster must be 65 + with Medicare insurance. Please bring your Covid vaccination card, insurance information and signed vaccine consent form. Pre-registration is required using the link below. We are only able to offer Moderna Spike Vax Covid Booster Vaccine at this clinic. Online pre-registration is required.
