Housing Assistance Corporation is overseeing the sale of an affordable home at 6 Sachemus Trail for $213,600. Built in 2017, this two-bedroom home is subject to an affordable deed restriction. Applications are due August 11, 2023, and available online or at Town Hall in the Planning Department.
