Stony Brook Grist Mill Annual Cornbread Festival

Visitors are invited to stop by the Stony Brook Grist Mill this weekend to sample a slice of fresh cornbread. The cornbread, baked by volunteers using the mill’s organic stoneground cornmeal, is delicious topped with a dab of raspberry butter! This will be the last day of the Stony Brook Gristmill’s 2023 summer Saturday schedule – visitors are encouraged to stop in and stock up on cornmeal for winter baking. Admission to the mill and the upstairs museum is free.
