How to Pay Your Bill
The Treasurer/Collector Office is responsible for collection of Real Estate Tax, Personal Property Tax, Motor Vehicle Excise Tax, and Boat Excise Tax.
Accepted Payment Methods
- With remittance, please Mail check to Town of Brewster, PO Box 472 Reading, MA 01867-0872
- Without remittance please Mail check to Town of Brewster, 2198 Main Street Brewster, MA 02631
- Pay in person at the Treasurer/Collectors Office in the Town Hall (cash or check only at the counter)
- Online Payment tab on the Town Website www.brewster-ma.gov, links to Invoice Cloud online payment portal
- Online Bill Pay through your own bank account (reference bill, account, or parcel number.)
- Drop-box to the right of the front door of Town Hall (check payments only)
Delinquent Tax Bills
If your Tax bill is past due or you have an excise tax bill that has been marked at the Registry of Motor Vehicles, you MUST make payment directly to the Office of the Deputy Collector (John Y Brady) 1-800-559-9211 or online at www.johnybrady.com. If you prefer to pay in person you may pay with cash or a money order at the Tax Collector’s Office, please call for amount due 508-896-3701 ext. 1212.
