Tight Tank Services at Various Town Buildings

The Town of Brewster is seeking the quotes for pumping and disposal of oily wash water and sediment from the tight tanks located at various Town buildings on an as needed basis. The company must provide a vacuum pumper truck with a minimum 5,000 tank. Town buildings include but are not limited to: Police Station, Fire Station, Water Department, and DPW complex. Tank sizes range from 1,000 gallon tank to 8,000 gallon tank.

Vendor must provide appropriate equipment and ensure product is disposed of per DEP regulations, waste code MA 98. Vendor must have the ability to respond to requests within 48 hours. This service is subject to prevailing wage rates and prevailing wage compliance.

Proposed Delivery/Start Date(s)/Duration of Contract: Contract will run from August 15 ,2023 to June 30, 2025.

This solicitation is subject to the provisions of MGL c. 30B. Vendors who are awarded over $10,000 must sign a Town of Brewster Contract. The procurement officer shall award the contract to the responsible person offering the needed quality of supply or service at the lowest quotation.
