Submittals Requiring Ten Hard Copies
The following submittals require ten (10) complete hard copies and one digital copy submitted to the Conservation Department.

Submittals Requiring Two Hard Copies
The following submittals require two (2) complete hard copies and one digital copy submitted to the Conservation Department.
- Request for Extension Order of Conditions
- Request for Certificate of Compliance
- Minor Stormwater Permit Application
- Proof of Recording for: Orders of Conditions, Extensions, Certificates of Compliance, Orders of Resource Area Delineation
- Monitoring Reports
- Precon Work Notification Form
