How many copies should be submitted?
Submittals Requiring Ten Hard Copies
The following submittals require ten (10) complete hard copies and one digital copy submitted to the Conservation Department.
  • Notice of Intent
  • Request for Amended Order of Conditions
  • Abbreviated Notice of Resource Area Delineation
  • Minor Change to Plan Requests
  • Major Stormwater Permit Application
  • Request for Determination of Applicability
  • Discussion Items
  • Administrative Review
  • Materials pertaining to Enforcement
  • Additional materials or revisions
Submittals Requiring Two Hard Copies

The following submittals require two (2) complete hard copies and one digital copy submitted to the Conservation Department.

  • Request for Extension Order of Conditions
  • Request for Certificate of Compliance
  • Minor Stormwater Permit Application
  • Proof of Recording for: Orders of Conditions, Extensions, Certificates of Compliance, Orders of Resource Area Delineation
  • Monitoring Reports
  • Precon Work Notification Form
Where to Submit?

Hard copies should be delivered or mailed to the Conservation Department, 1657 Main Street, Brewster MA 02631

Digital copies should be emailed to: wgrafton@brewster-ma.gov and cwest@brewster-ma.gov
