Budget & Capital Information
The Town of Brewster has partnered with OpenGov to publish budget and capital information in a user-friendly, online format. The OpenGov platform provides users with a dynamic, visual representation of Town finances to better understand where dollars are being spent. Residents can view budget details, reports, and charts by department. Each page includes current year accomplishments, goals for next year, and proposed budget changes. This new platform is intended to enhance transparency and public engagement. We hope and expect that it will increase access to the budget development process for our residents.
FY24 Capital Stories:
The Town of Brewster has developed a Five-Year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) which identifies proposed capital expenditures on facilities, acquisitions, equipment, infrastructure, and/or projects in excess of $10,000. The plan includes cost estimates, anticipated funding sources, and expected timelines for each capital item. It is updated on an annual basis to reflect current organizational needs, priorities, and capacities. Click this link to go to the FY23-27 CIP capital projects homepage.
