Resident Beach, Recycling Center and Shellfish Permits Now Available Online or through Mail-In Program

Permits Available

The Town of Brewster has begun processing new 2024 resident Beach Parking, Recycling Center and Recreational Shellfish permits as of April 15. Once again, there will be no in-person sale of permits at Town Hall this season. Residents can purchase permits through the mail-in program or online. All permit information can be found here on the Town website. Please email permits@brewster-ma.gov if you have any questions.

Visitors who wish to enjoy Brewster beaches will be able purchase a daily or seasonal non-resident beach permit on our website starting June 1, 2024. This process will be entirely self-serve and paperless as enforcement will be conducted using license plate reader technology. Parking permit enforcement will be in effect from June 15 through September 1, 2024, from 9am-4pm daily. Vehicles parked without a valid 2024 permit will be fined $40.00. This will be strictly enforced by the Brewster Police Department.

Please note that pool memberships will be sold online through the Brewster Recreation website, beginning April 15. A Brewster Recreation account is required to purchase a membership, sign up for classes or swim lessons. A resident beach permit is required to access the Bay Property where the community pool is located. Contact Brewster Recreation at recreation@brewster-ma.gov or 508-896-9430 with any questions regarding the community pool.
