Warrant Availability

Brewster’s Annual Town Meeting will be held at 1:00 pm on May 11, 2024, at Stony Brook Elementary School. Check-in will begin at 12:00 pm.

The electronic version of the Town Meeting warrant can be found here. Hard copies of the warrant will be available beginning April 29 at Town Hall, Council on Aging, and the Brewster Ladies Library as well as at the following locations:

  • Ferretti’s
  • Village Marketplace
  • Ace Hardware
  • Brewster General Store
  • Cumberland Farms

Information Sessions

In advance of Town Meeting, the Town will host two information sessions. The first session will be held on Monday, April 29 at 6:00 pm in Rooms A & B at Brewster Town Hall, and will cover all articles on the warrant besides the Sea Camps plans. The Town’s Finance Team will also be presenting a Citizen’s Guide to Municipal Finance immediately after this information session. The Finance Team will share information about the Town’s operating budget, capital improvement plan, debt, bond ratings, tax rate, tax abatements and exemptions, collections, and financial reserves and policies. Residents are invited to attend and ask questions. Information about the Town’s finances, including the Fiscal Year 2025 budget, can be found here.

The second session, focusing on the Sea Camps plans, will be held on Tuesday, April 30 at 6:00 pm, also in Rooms A & B at Brewster Town Hall.
