For the Week of October 30, the Town of Brewster has the following new career opportunities:

Building Commissioner - The Town seeks a qualified, collaborative professional for the position of Building Commissioner.  This position is responsible for performing complex administrative, supervisory, inspectional, and technical work related to enforcement and interpretation work in managing the Town's Building Department.

DPW Laborers – The Town is currently accepting applications for Laborers for the Department of Public Works. These positions perform semi-skilled manual work supporting construction, general operations & maintenance, and repair projects undertaken by the DPW.

Recycling Center Laborer - The Town is currently accepting applications for a Laborer for the Recycling Center. The position interacts frequently with the public and performs semi-skilled manual work in supporting the operations and maintenance of the Recycling Center.

Youth Services Librarian - The Town seeks a qualified professional to serve as the Youth Services Librarian for the Brewster Ladies Library. This is a department head position that performs administrative, direct services, and professional library work in planning, directing, and conducting the activities of library services related to children, young adults, and their families.

Assistant Director/Adult Services & Reference Librarian – The Town seeks a qualified professional to serve as the Assistant Director/Adult Services & Reference Library for the Brewster Ladies Library. This is a department head position that performs skilled administrative, direct service, and professional library work in planning, directing, and conducting activities of library services related to adult services and serves as the Assistant Library Director.
