LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND MEETING

A public hearing and meeting of the Old King’s Highway Regional Historic District 
Commission will be held, in accordance with Chapter 470 of the Acts of 1973 (as
amended), at 1:30 P.M. on Tuesday, July 25, 2023, at the West Barnstable Fire Station Meeting Room, 2160 Meetinghouse Way (Route #149), West Barnstable, Massachusetts.

The following matter will be heard and/or acted upon:

Appeal No. 2023-4 filed by Raymond P. Ward seeking reversal of the Dennis Town Committee's decision denying a Certificate of Appropriateness for a roof mounted PV solar system consisting of 34 Solaris 370W modules connected by micro inverters to be located on an existing building located at 61 Nobscussett Road, Dennis, Massachusetts, and which property is identified as being shown on Town Map 350 Parcel 21. 
The Dennis Town Committee's decision was filed with the Dennis Town Clerk on Thursday, May 25, 2023. The Appeal Petition was filed with the Regional Commission on Monday, June 5, 2023, and a copy is available for public viewing at the Dennis Town Clerk’s Office, 585 Route 134, South Dennis, Massachusetts during regular business hours.
