LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND MEETING
A public hearing and meeting of the Old King’s Highway Regional Historic District
Commission will be held, in accordance with Chapter 470 of the Acts of 1973 (as
amended), at 1:30 P.M. on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at the West Barnstable Fire Station Meeting Room, 2160 Meetinghouse Way (Route #149), West Barnstable, Massachusetts.
The following matter will be heard and/or acted upon:
Appeal No. 2023-5 filed by Kathleen Joyce seeking reversal of the Dennis Town Committee's decision granting a Certificate of Appropriateness Permit No. OKH-020919-2023 to Sheila Graziosi for the tear down and rebuild of a new single-family home as per submitted plans and to be located at 52 Center Street, East Dennis, Massachusetts. The property is identified as being Parcel #: 398-4-0. The Dennis Town Committee's decision was filed with the Dennis Town Clerk on Tuesday, August 10, 2023. The Appeal Petition was filed with the Regional Commission on Monday, August 14, 2023, and a copy is available for public viewing at the Dennis Town Clerk’s Office, 585 Route #134, South Dennis, Massachusetts during regular business hours.
