LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND MEETING

A public hearing and meeting of the Old King’s Highway Regional Historic District 
Commission will be held, in accordance with Chapter 470 of the Acts of 1973 (as
amended), at 1:30 P.M. on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at the West Barnstable Fire Station Meeting Room, 2160 Meetinghouse Way (Route #149), West Barnstable, Massachusetts.

The following matter will be heard and/or acted upon:

Appeal No. 2023-7 filed by Frank Dahlstrom seeking modification of the Dennis Town Committee's decision approving a Certificate of Appropriateness for a roof mounted PV solar system consisting of 26 Axitec 400W modules connected by micro inverters and which solar panel array is to be located on a black roof at 48 Coles Pond Drive, East Dennis, Massachusetts, and which property is identified as being shown on Town Map 413 Parcel 53. The Dennis Town Committee's decision was filed with the Dennis Town Clerk on Monday, September 18, 2023. The Appeal Petition was filed with the Regional Commission on Tuesday, September 19, 2023, and a copy is available for public viewing at the Dennis Town Clerk’s Office, 585 Route 134, South Dennis, Massachusetts during regular business hours.
