Real Estate Exemptions
for Blind/Seniors/Veterans
Starting July 1 each year, the Board of Assessors begins accepting applications for the upcoming fiscal year real estate tax exemptions. Exemptions are available for qualifying primary residents who meet additional requirements (seniors that meet financial requirements, disabled veterans, and blindness). Residents will need to reapply each year. Renewal applications will be mailed to those who received an exemption last year.
