Summer Saturdays 2026 at the Stony Brook Gristmill

Beginning June 27, 2026, Brewster's Stony Brook Gristmill at 830 Stony Brook Road will be open every Saturday from 10am until 2pm. through August 29. See the millworks in motion and watch the miller grinding corn. Fresh ground organic cornmeal is available to purchase. In the museum upstairs, learn about Brewster’s Factory Village and 19th Century Cape Cod life.
The mill and museum are family-friendly and admission is free. (No dogs, please.)
