BREWSTER TOWN BY-LAWS

Brewster’s municipal by-laws are public regulatory laws that pertain to the town of Brewster. Brewster’s town by-laws are adopted by town meeting vote and become part of the Town Code. 

BREWSTER TOWN CHARTER

The town charter prescribes the form, structure, and organization of Brewster town government. 

Brewster’s town charter was adopted by May 2021 Town Meeting. It was approved in a Special Act of the Massachusetts Legislature on January 5, 2023, and became effective immediately.
