The Town of Brewster is seeking the services of one or more repair companies to provide services including but not limited to: repair of light and heavy-duty equipment and state commercial and non-commercial inspections, and vehicle and/or equipment parts on an as needed basis.  Participation from all Departments is not guaranteed and will be determined at the discretion of the Town. Repair shops must be within a 30 minute drive of the Department of Public Works.

Proposed Delivery/ Start Date(s):

                October 15, 2025 to June 30, 2026

This solicitation is subject to the provisions of MGL c. 30B. Vendors who are awarded over $10,000 must sign a Town of Brewster contract. The procurement officer shall award the contract to the responsible person or persons offering the needed quality of supply or service at the lowest quotation. The Town reserves the right to waive and informalities, to accept or reject, in whole or in part, any or all quotes, or take whatever other action may be deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
