The Town of Brewster is soliciting quotes for the procurement of the following screen printed and embroidered clothing items for their employees.  Orders will be placed by individual departments as needed. The expected value of this procurement is $45,000 over a 3-year contract period. All orders must be able to be completed and billed to the Town of Brewster within 30 days from the order.

The duration of this contract will be from May 1, 2024 to June 30, 2026.  The items listed in this solicitation will be ordered on as needed basis by Departments of the Town of Brewster.  The Town of Brewster reserves the right to expand on this list if needed.     

This Quote Solicitation is subject to the provisions of MGL c. 30B. Vendors who are awarded over $10,000 must sign a Town of Brewster Contract. The procurement officer shall award the contract to the responsible person offering the needed quality of supply or service at the lowest quotation.  The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities, to accept or reject, in whole or in part any or all quotes, or take whatever other action may be deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
