i. Proposed Ordinance 2026-15, Authorizing the rescission of a portion of borrowing authorization previously approved under Ordinance 2024-01 for the Cooperative Extension AmeriCorps vehicle replacement project in the amount of $6,634.25

ii. Proposed Ordinance 2026-16, Authorizing the rescission of borrowing 

authorization previously approved under Ordinance 22-09 for the Cape Cod Commission capital building project associated with the purchase and renovation of office and meeting space in the amount of S4,000,000. And would further authorize the project to instead be funded through the use of restricted balances within the Cape Cod Environmental Protection Fund (CCEPF) in the same amount of S4,000,000

iii. Proposed Ordinance 2026-17, Authorizing the Dredge Enterprise Fund capital program to rescind borrowing authorization previously approved under Ordinance 2025-01 in the amount of S150,000 for the replacement of a CAT engine on a booster station, and to authorize the repurposing of remaining authorized, unissued and/or unexpended bond proceeds in the amount of S76,613.01 for the CAT engine capital project for the Dredge Enterprise Fund

iv. Proposed Ordinance 2026-18, Authorize General Fund Budget Transfers totaling S81,500 for the purpose of funding Information Technology salaries of S1,500 and Laboratory supplies of S80,000

v. Proposed Ordinance 2026-19, Establishing a Department of Emergency Management and Amending the Powers, Duties and Responsibilities of the Department of Health and the Environment
