6. Request for Determination of Applicability
a. 500 W.H. Besse Ctwy. The Town of Brewster requests resource area delineation determination and proposes placement of vessel storage racks and sanitary facilities, routine maintenance of W.H. Besse Ctwy and access paths, periodic mowing of meadow areas and grass swaths and Mass Aubudon educational programming within the buffer zone to a bordering vegetated wetland including potential vernal pools and bordering land subject to flooding. RDA 26-05. 
b. 264 Archie’s Ctwy. Bretten Johnson proposes to remove and replace an existing foundation, as well as vegetative management to prepare the site for the foundation work including removal of a single hazardous Pitch pine tree and pruning of another with the buffer zone to a bordering vegetated wetland and bordering land subject to flooding (Bylaw only) associated with Upper Mill Pond, a Great Pond. RDA 26-06.
