Representatives of the Towns of Brewster, Eastham, Orleans, and Wellfleet have been notified of this meeting and invited to attend
and participate; however, this meeting is not intended as a joint meeting with any public body of the Towns of Brewster, Eastham,
Orleans, or Wellfleet. This posting is not intended to be a posting or notice of a joint meeting or of any meeting on behalf of any
public body other than the Regional Agreement Subcommittee of the Nauset Regional School Committee. If a quorum of any
public body other than the Regional Agreement Subcommittee of the Nauset Regional School Committee chooses to attend and

participate; however, this meeting is not intended as a joint meeting with any public body of the Towns of Brewster, Eastham,
Orleans, or Wellfleet. This posting is not intended to be a posting or notice of a joint meeting or of any meeting on behalf of any
public body other than the Regional Agreement Subcommittee of the Nauset Regional School Committee. If a quorum of any
public body other than the Regional Agreement Subcommittee of the Nauset Regional School Committee chooses to attend and
participate, that public body must determine whether or not that public body is required to post notice of a meeting of that public
body and must post any such required notice.
Please note that the Regional Agreement Subcommittee may take official action, including votes, on any items on this agenda.

Committee's authority. Under the MA Open Meeting Law, the Committee cannot deliberate on or respond
to topics not included on this agenda but may schedule the matter for a future meeting.

Timeline and Key Milestones
b. Review and Discuss Revisions to the Restated Regional Agreement as recommended at
the June 22 Nauset Regional School Committee Meeting
c. Next Steps anticipated in the process of updating the Regional Agreement
