Meetings & Application Review

Meetings are scheduled at least once a month on a Monday evening at 7:00 p.m. Meetings are currently being held at Brewster Town Hall and, as a courtesy, are also available virtually via Zoom. The meeting dates/ times are subject to change – check the website for the most recent information.

Applications are reviewed for their aesthetic appropriateness to the historic integrity of the district, neighborhood and setting.

Old King's Highway Bulletin includes rules and guidelines.

Petition for Appeal requires a Form-D to be filed with the Old Kings Highway Regional Historic District Commission.  Appeal filing procedures are per 972 CMR Section 1:02 and 1:03.  The Form-D can be found on the last page of the OKH Bulletin and must be mailed to Old Kings Highway Regional Historic District Commission, PO Box 140, Barnstable, MA 02630.
