NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Brewster Planning Board will hold a public hearing on WEDNESDAY, July 22, 2026, beginning no earlier than 6:30 pm in the Brewster Town Office Building at 2198 Main Street, Brewster, MA. The following applications will be heard:
Case No. PB2026-05: Owner/Applicant Krikorian Enterprises, LLC, Joseph M. Krikorian, Manager, has applied for a Special Permit and Site Plan Review under Brewster Zoning Bylaw Article X and Article XII, for a new commercial development with uses including but not limited to a building and construction trades shop or garage, row commercial, and storage of two (2) or more commercial vehicles at 169 Underpass Road, shown on Tax Map 77 Parcel 30, within the Commercial High Density (CH) Zoning District. A portion of the project will involve 155 Underpass Road (Tax Map 77 Parcel 29) and 179 Underpass Road (Tax Map 77 Parcel 31), both within the CH Zoning District. The Planning Board will consider and potentially vote whether to grant the requested approvals.
The application is available for viewing in the Planning Office at Town Hall Monday - Thursday between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:00 pm or Friday by appointment. Public comments will be accepted at the hearing. Written comments may also be submitted in advance of the hearing at the address provided above or by email to brewplan@brewster-ma.gov.
