3. Recording Statement: As required by the Open Meeting Law we are informing you the Town will be video and audio recording, as well as broadcasting, this public meeting. If anyone else intends to video or audio record this meeting, they are required to inform the Chair.

4. Public Announcements and Comment: Members of the public may address the Planning Board on matters not on the meeting’s agenda for a maximum of 3-5 minutes at the Chair’s discretion. The Planning Board cannot reply to statements made or answer questions raised during public comment but may add items presented to a future agenda.

5. Case No. PB2015-14MOD1: Owners/Applicants Jane M. Remy, Trustee, Jane M. Remy Living Trust, and Elisabeth Remy Johnson, Trustee, HVVL Trust, have applied to modify a previously approved site plan to reconfigure and expand existing parking and drive areas at 2452 Main Street shown on Tax Map 78 Parcel 112 and 0 Sachemus Trail shown on Tax Map 78 Parcel 111, both within the Village Business (VB) Zoning District.  The Planning Board will consider and potentially vote whether to grant the requested modifications. 

6. Planning Board discussion on goals identified in the Select Board FY26-27 Strategic Plan. Based on the discussion, the Planning Board may direct staff to provide feedback to the Town Manager on the goals identified in the Select Board FY26-27 Strategic Plan.

7. Continued discussion and evaluation of the stormwater management permit program to date.
