Parking Ticket Violations:
- If you are inquiring about a parking ticket, please call 508-896-4506 or go to the Town Clerk’s office. The Town Hall is open Monday thru Thursday 8:30 am - 4pm - Friday by appointment.
- To dispute a violation must be in writing and sent to the Parking Clerk, 2198 Main St., Brewster, MA 02631. Be sure to include your contact information so that the Parking Clerk can respond.
Payment:
Parking ticket payments may be paid by:
- Mail by sending a check or money order payable to the Town of Brewster, 2198 Main St., Brewster, MA 02631 OR
- Online
*Payments for parking tickets are due within 21 days of receipt of the ticket. A request for a hearing must be made in writing to the Parking Clerk with the 21-day period.
By-Law Violations may be paid by:
- Mail by sending a check or money order payable to the Town of Brewster to: Town Clerk, 2198 Main Street, Brewster, MA 02631;
OR - Dropped off at Town Hall and are due within 21 days of receipt of the violation.
A request for a hearing must be made in writing to the Clerk Magistrate, Orleans District Court, Rock Harbor Road, Orleans, MA 02653.
